We work closely with the Revenue Cycle Leadership Group and MIS to determine priorities and to develop a master work-plan for implementation of the recommendations. Our clients look to us for implementation support either in a project management or oversight role to ensure that the project plan is realistic and complete, the project remains on track and within budget, and the vendor deliverers as promised.
